I know fear — I’ve lived it, fought it, and transformed it. From 20 years of high-risk stunt work and free solo climbs. Notably of skyscrapers like the Cheese Grater and the Eiffel Tower, I’ve tested human limits. But my toughest battles weren’t out there — they were inside my own mind.

Will I lose control or be “asleep” during hypnosis?

Can anyone be hypnotised?
